Air Force Capt. Eduardo Torrez, an emergency room staff nurse and former competitive fighter, employs boxing as a way to stay fit. The former Army sergeant has had more than 50 amateur fights, winning more than 90 percent of them. Torrez said boxing is one of the best ways to get in shape physically but it also requires mental strength.
